Reservation and Cancellation Policy
All reservations are made subject to the following conditions:
Reservations are not 'confirmed' until valid credit card details are received and a deposit of
ONE
nights accommodation is retained.
The balance of the reservation cost is payable on arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled 'in writing' by letter, email or fax.
If a reservation is cancelled the deposit will be retained.
When a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the date of arrival we regret we will have to charge the full amount of the reservation.
Damage to fixtures, fittings and linen, excepting fair 'wear and tear', or removal of room items will be charged at replacement value.
Please note that in accepting a reservation, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
